Our Hong Kong based company secretarial provider, KCS Secretaries Limited, is incorporated in Hong Kong and is registered under Anti-Money laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance Cap 615 and is granted a licence to carry on company service business in Hong Kong.

We provide corporate services structuring either on its own or which may tie into our insurance and trust and fiduciary services.   We can assist with the formation, management and administration of various structures in a range of jurisdictions depending on client needs.   We can also provide all services associated with the structures including secretarial, accounting and other direct or incidental services.   Our team has a wealth of experience in the corporate structuring field and we aim to ensure our service is prompt and efficient.

We have direct access to a network of providers including fund service providers where the solutions required need a more comprehensive framework.   We have a more unique access to services because from time to time we invest our own assets where value based private equity opportunities present themselves.   We therefore receive “client” treatment in access to services and potential investment opportunities.
