Our Hong Kong based trustee, KS Trustees Limited, is incorporated in Hong Kong and is registered as a trust company under the Hong Kong Trustee Ordinance Cap 29 and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance Cap 622.   KS Trustees Limited is also registered under Anti-Money laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance Cap 615 and is granted a licence to carry on trust business in Hong Kong.

KS Trustees Limited acts as trustee of various trusts including trusts set up as pension funds and registered under relevant legislation in Hong Kong. 

The company was established in 2016 to address wealth planning requirements from business partner’s clients.   The company provides a range of wealth planning services which may include the use of a trust (but may also include facilitating the provision of professional advice which may, for example, be necessary to address tax or immigration issues) to deal with succession, wealth transfer, asset protection and other relevant wealth planning issues. 

Our trust and fiduciary solutions may be simple or complex depending on a client’s situation.   Our solutions may consist of a stand-alone trust or one which is married with our corporate and insurance offerings.   We aim to ensure our solutions are directly tailored to suit client needs at the outset but we also aim to ensure solutions are regularly reviewed and amended where required to suit the ever changing client situation.   We believe this is critical given the evolving nature of the family, financial, regulatory and related environments.
